The area allocated for the residential building is located in Bayil, one of the highest parts of Absheron. The project’s primary goals are location compactness, economical use of space, and adaptation to the target audience. The project also made good use of sun and wind to provide a sustainable and comfortable indoor environment. Integrated “urban gardens” are expected to be in high demand among Baku residents suffering from regular inter-city migration.
